“The staff were extremely courteous & helpful, the room very comfortable.”

The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning very welcome. The décor was very stylish and the room was stocked with a selection of toiletries and hot beverages. There was a fridge too.

Some sections of the corridors were dimly lit making it difficult to see our room door lock pad. The bathroom could do with some extra worktops for putting your own toiletries or make-up etc. The mirrors in the bedroom were is the wrong place for lighting and made it difficult to see yourself when styling hair or trying to put on make-up. There were no instructions for operating the jacuzzi. The breakfast was a little expensive for the limited choice of food items. Some labels on foods and drinks would be helpful for managing food allergies.

Location was good for walking - pool was good. Rooms a good size.

We were more conscious of our surroundings when out and about than other places we have stayed. Light switches were a nightmare to try and work. Rooms rather dark and had an odour to them.
