几个多月前付费成功，到地方却说他们没有收到预定消息，也不积极主动去和booking沟通，全部扔给住客，停留三个多小时，最后依然无法入住。这辈子体验最差的一家酒店！

More stuff to do than you can image within this entire hotel/casino complex. However, many people, including me, were lost it was so big.

I was looking forward to looking out my suite windows and seeing the Las Vegas lights; instead I only saw air conditioning equipment from all three rooms. No coffee maker, no microwave, and refrigerator is full of stuff to buy* and no room for anything We brought. Room service deliver for lunch took 1 hour, 45 minutes. I understand -- all this is by design. You want people out shopping, eating in your restaurants and gambling; not in their rooms. *the refrigerator door in room 5-817 was partially open when we arrived. I pulled out a bottle on the door to feel how cold it was. Then I put the bottle back. My mistake -- that cost me $65 since I pulled the bottle out of its spot.

I loved everything. It was my 3rd time there and this time brought my son a daughter in law. Amy at check in was phenomenal

An adult only swimming pool would have been nice
