“It was a good experience, the staff was very friendly and accommodating”

Rooms clean, kitchen, real stove, fridge, and even a balcony. The only criticism I have is that it was noticed that the living room table had not been cleaned in some time. Several water marks from drinks and spills, seems the o my area not concentrated upon. Managerial staff were notified to rectify the problem. We were also allowed to stay an extra day as necessary, but couldn’t accommodate the rest of the trip.

As noted above. We had to leave the property although medical issues arose, had to check out and go somewhere else. They said washer and dryers were free, yet charges were on my credit card for this. That’s false advertising.

Brilliant location - just past the UN Building. Really helpful staff, all of whom were friendly, professional. We had a two bedroom with with two toilets (on of those bathroom). Small kitchen. dining table & lounge area. Roof top bar worth great views at top of building. And, 24hr convenience store few steps from the front door.

Sofa could've been bit comfier - felt like a sofa bed to sit on. But that didnt detracted from everything else in anyway

Simpatia do staff e oferta de cafe e chá gratuita todas as manhãs. A localização é boa, é uma zona calma e a 10 minutos a pé da entrada do metro.

O isolamento das janelas deixava passar o ruido da rua o que perturbava o sono.
