Nice room and good location

Not all facilities available such as toaster and dishwasher and out managed to get the room clean once during the week despite requesting a clean

I liked that there is no casino and the pool had a chill atmosphere

Room showed some wear and tear. Gym was small and crowded

The room was ok.

My check in was at 3pm I got my first room at 5pm and my second room 9pm. But I never got a call that the second room was ready. I went to the front desk at 11pm and they told me my second room was ready since 9pm. They didn't even want to give me the key for the 1st room that was ready they wanted to give me the keys when the 2nd room was as well. I asked to speak to manager and thats when they gave me the key for the 1st room. And there was a leak in the 2nd room in the closet. I was not satisfied with the cleaning. They didn't put trash bags in trash cans.

Was told I can check in early but had to wait for 3 hrs in the lobby because I could not get my car back until I had a room number or get charged $40 for 2 min parking I have emails to prove it also the room was dirty with shrimp In the microwave that stunk so bad there was shit on the toilet seat that we had to clean guest blanket had a hole in it and the was something on the curtains
