La habitación quedaba algo lejos del ascensor

Le personnel est adorable, très accueillant et toujours aux petits soins. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont excellents, et la chambre était propre avec un agréable balcon. Le petit-déjeuner ainsi que les repas étaient exceptionnels, le tout accompagné d’une magnifique vue sur l’océan. Un séjour parfait que je recommande sans hésiter !

“3 stars - come on Arona Gran you can do better”

I am staying at the Arona Gran for a third time and are currently still here. I have given 3 stars due to the following: The rooms need a bit of an update and I have a floor board up in my room that if you caught it you would have an injury. The food at dinner apart from the cooking stations is only warm which may put a few people off. There are a lot of pigeons at night flying around the outside bar seating area and landing on tables and chairs doing their business (the staff are constantly cleaning up the best they can). The sound system in the evening for entertainment is not working properly (I thought the team would have fixed this after 4 days of issues). Some of the issues above have been raised before on reviews but it seems the reply’s from the Arona Gran are just lip service and no action came. Come on Arona Gran you can do better. I am out again in 4 weeks time but unsure if I will stop at this hotel again.
