Clean and I’ll be back again

As I entered the hotel I felt good till I got to the reception desk and met Mahmoud. He started politely and then shifted and made me regret booking at this hotel. I thought about the possibility of cancelling the booking but that was not possible. The reason I booked the hotel was because I was coming from a long trip and I was exhausted to relax there, but sadly Mahmoud ruined my mood and the whole idea of staying at the hotel. I am very disappointed and sad… to the extent that the same night I had an accident, I don’t think I will be going to the same hotel anytime soon. In the morning while checking out two ladies very nice and it was a smooth check out.

Very friendly staff impeccably clean and comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast could be improved a little, variety is lacking a bit but all the rest is perfect.
