Nice staff, food good, amazing shows and gym is nice. Pools awesome

Everything was Amazing from the Check-in at the Preferred Lounge to the speediness of the 24 hr room service. The Swim Out Suite is what saved the day for us because once the pool closes there isn't a lot to do. The Resort is Absolutely beautiful but if you're looking for a party atmosphere this is not the place for you.

I Didn't like the fact that after a certain time of night the resort is pretty much a ghost town. The Pool closes before midnight, bars close before midnight and the restaurants don't stay open very long. The only saving grace was the Sports Bar but even that closes at a certain time. I wouldn't recommend the beach club because the seaweed has basically taken over.

The staff was amazing, super attentive & very helpful. The resort itself was very luxurious & beautiful. Super serene & peaceful.

It was not on the beach like the description said. You have to be shuttled to their beach club. It wasn’t very far but it was very inconvenient to need to leave the resort to be on the beach. We had read the resort was beachfront, not true.
