My cousins and I stayed at Secrets Royal Beach for a week from the moment we got there to the moment we left, we loved it! The biggest credit to this resort is its staff. The nicest, kindest humans all around, from butlers to entertainment to waiters. The grounds are stunning and theres something to do for everyone. Food quality was lovely and fresh! Im a vegan and was assigned the lovely Fatima who helped me so much to make sure I was well fed all week. Preferred was brilliant. We had Manuel as our butler and he was so helpful and engaging throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble for him. We miss him already, great job Manuel!! A big shout out to the following waiters who made our stay fabulous: Wascar, Marlon, Cedar, Francis, Jamerson and kitchen staff Lilly, Chef Ferdinand and Chef Jean Luis! Thank you for your hospitality, your smiles made us smile! And last but not least, this hotel has the most incredible entertainment team!! They elevated our vacation and gave us the best time. A huge thank you to Chololat, Coconut Tree, Jorgi, Flower and the best host there ever was: Michael Jordon. You are all amazing and we hope to see you again soon! X

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – AMAZING Stay at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana! Our stay at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana was AMAZING!!! I traveled with my sister, cousin, and niece to celebrate my sister’s 37th birthday, and this trip was incredible from start to finish! We stay at all-inclusive Hyatt resorts often, but this trip truly took the cake! We booked the Preferred Club Experience, and it absolutely did not disappoint. A HUGE shoutout to Super D, our butler, who was amazing from beginning to end! We saw her every day, and she always made sure we were having a great time. She booked our Hibachi and spa reservations, checked in on us, laughed and danced with us, and really added something special to our vacation. She was extremely professional while still making us feel like we were there to HAVE FUN! There were so many wonderful staff members who made our trip memorable, and we definitely want to recognize our favorites: ❤️ Sammy & Vicente – Bartenders at the Preferred Lounge Bar by the pool. We absolutely loved them! ❤️ Lawrence & Angel – Servers at the main activity pool who took great care of us. ❤️ Colon & Daniela – Lazy River Preferred Bar. More of our favorites! ❤️ Wilmer – Preferred Lounge in the lobby. Amazing service! ❤️ Julio – Preferred Bar near the lounge. He was an amazing bartender and helped start our entire week of fun! ❤️ Romancito – We saw him at the breakfast buffet and French restaurant, and he quickly became another favorite. ❤️ Amaurys – Concierge. Awesome and so helpful! Our room was near the waterfall of the Preferred Lazy River, and the view was beautiful. The room and resort facilities were consistently clean, and we loved the entire Preferred Club area. The food was good, and one thing I REALLY appreciated was having non-pork breakfast meat options! This has been something we haven’t always found at all-inclusive resorts in the past, so it was great to have more choices. Between the beautiful resort, great food, Preferred Club experience, and—most importantly—the incredible people who took care of us, this was easily a 10/10 trip. “Fabulous resort”

Beautiful resort, clean and well maintained. Excellent restaurant options. Buffets catered a good variety of foods and drinks. Daily fun entertainment if you wish to participate along with evening shows.. Staff attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Would not hesitate in returning to this resort.
