Lovely villa in a secure private complex very close to Cala Pada beach. The Villa had everything we needed during our stay, with a local mini market over the road for essentials. Staff are very friendly and always on hand and the villa also benefits from daily cleaning and fresh towels.

The pool surround could do with refurbishment, the wooden decking is tired and often came loose exposing sharp points. For families with younger infants, it would also be good to have some form of retractable fencing/cover for the pool for additional safety.

Ein eigenes Netz um den Pool zu reinigen wäre top, da wir immer extra anrufen mussten und nicht immer Personal dafür da war.

“A very comfortable villa with great staff”

We rented this villa primarily to host a 50th birthday party for my wife (with other guests staying in a hotel nearby). The hotel management (lead by the amazing Mario) couldn't have been more helpful both in their communications prior to our arrival and during our stay. Special thanks to Mario, Daniel and Sophia who answered my many questions and who really went to extra mile to ensure the party was a success. Only a short walk to the beach and having a supermarket across the street to grab extra snacks and ice came in very handy. Some of our guests stayed at ME Hotel which is a 4min walk away (along with Nikki beach) so it made it very easy for people to shuttle between the two. Free public parking across the street. Daily cleaning and maid service. A nice and cheap little local bar 50 meters away where we could watch the football. Ticked all of our boxes really.

On the villa specifically the only thing I could identify is that the decking around the pool is a bit warped and lifting up in places due to sun exposure. It didn't impact us at all but good to be aware of. Not really a negative but something to be aware of is that this is in a quieter part of the island (which is what we wanted). You are 30mins from Ibiza old town, clubs etc.
