This is a gem of a hotel - perfectly located in the Old Town in a quiet and pretty square. The interiors are stunning - and very calming - and it really is a wonderful place to relax between excursions. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with every amenity you could need. Breakfast was delicious and served in the pretty garden. The stand out feature of this hotel for me though is the front office staff. This was a last minute trip and I had not had chance to plan an itinerary for me and my son. I mentioned this when I checked in and a map was immediately produced, explaining all the different areas and circling the must-see sights of Palma, the best walking routes, list of restaurants made and booked once I'd checked the menus, swimming beach recommendations given and taxis booked - it was totally unexpected and hugely appreciated - which meant we really made the most of our 48 hours in this beautiful place. Their friendly advice and enthusiasm for us to enjoy Palma saved us lots of time and made a short trip totally unforgettable! Thank you for a super stay - we hope to return and highly recommend this special hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Sant Francesc Hotel Singular. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located in the heart of Palma, within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, cafés, and main attractions. Our room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and very good quality, and the service at breakfast was just as impressive. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel — it feels luxurious and peaceful while still being right in the middle of the city. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again when returning to Palma. Highly recommended!
