Residence Inn Orlando Convention Center

The breakfast was very basic and could do with an upgrade in the variety of choices each day. The place was generally clean, and the hotel was ideally situated for where we wanted to go.

Breakfast could have been better. I dropped my phone in an Uber one evening and the driver had departed with it in his car, so I asked the staff member at the desk to keep an eye out for the driver for me. It was a very stressful situation, and I felt that the individual at the desk could have shown a little more empathy at the time. They just didn't seem like they even wanted to be helpful or supportive in any way. Other than that incident the staff on the desk were very kind, welcoming and helpful.

El alojamiento está muy cerca de los parques de universal, las camas son cómodas y el departamento está bien equipado.

Que no hagan aseo, día por medio cambian toallas y hacen la cama. El día de full aseo, no hicieron nada más que las camas, no hay limpieza de baños, no hay aspirado de habitaciones, no existe limpieza general del departamento.

- I did not like the pay for parking. I would have preferred to have different options to park.
