“Great rooms, but the pool is disappointing.”
The property is in a decent Lake Nona community, which is new, quiet and safe.
The room and building were clean, but the pool area was lack of maintenance. The bottom of the pool is heavily stained, there are ants crawling around the deck (which bit my daughter), and I developed a rash after swimming in the water for under two hours. Stronger sanitation and maintenance are needed.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at this facility and we absolutely love it. The staff is very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend this facility.
