“Great rooms, lacking outside the rooms.”

The rooms were great, comfortable, spacious and clean. The aircon worked superbly and it was a relief retuning on a hot day!

The pool was one of the main reasons we chose the Radisson and paid a higher rate, so it was very disappointing. It was extremely small, only waist deep, and appeared unkempt. Guests had left food, towels and rubbish around the pool area, and it wasn’t cleaned up while we were there, making the whole space feel grubby.. We ended up leaving rather than spending time there. To make matters worse, the pool bar was closed. Another frustration was the lobby bar being independently operated. You couldn’t charge purchases back to your room, which wasn’t communicated anywhere. When we asked, the staff were quite rude, as if we should have already known. Overall, the hotel felt like it lacked personality and atmosphere. It didn’t live up to our expectations, especially given the premium price we paid.
