“Family Pool time”
Hotel - rooms were clean and well kept. The pool is cool most days. It gets warm as the day gets warm, but unlike other places it seems like they put cold water in which is key. Other resorts are bath warm. The staff was amazing, so kind, and helpful. PERLA took care of us at the pool while the kids played in the Play room. Odette and Yareley did an amazing job taking care of our kids ages 4 and 9. They kept them busy and they never wanted to leave, coloring, games, tattoos, face paint, air hockey, amazing! Momo has better food, the buffet was acceptable, room service pretty quick and good. The beach is closed right now, so don't come if you want beach time. You can walk to a shopping area, so dont buy anything from the hotel store. Happy travels.
