Loved my room, beautiful and comfortable. View great. Loved the lazy river. All the staff was amazing. Loved eating out on the porch. Food was good. We enjoyed happy hour at the bar. Bartenders were good

The plugs and lights next to bed were confusing to work. Bathroom needed a little more privacy especially with gap in barn door. One waitress in bar was a bit weird. We were sitting at the bar first night we got there and she kept trying to straighten out all the bar stools and we were sitting on the corner so we could face each other but she wanted my husband’s stool straightened and it wasn’t far from the bar and he is very thin but we laughed when other people came and moved 3 stools because we knew it would really drive her crazy. Weird

Location was great right on the water

Besides the amenities, the King suite was incredible!

I love the property is right on the beach, the minute you walk in you get a beautiful view of the water. The room was excellent , great views and plenty of space. During our stay we even got to see a sea turtle nesting.

The pool is very small. The online pictures are deceiving. One of the elevators wasn’t working so it took a long time to get anywhere.

The Hotel was very nice & pleasant, including the cleanliness of the room.

The elevator needs to be remodeled, and the valet personnel need to be more pleasant and helpful to tourists with heavy luggage. They do not offer any help. They park the car and expect us to tip them, so they need to be more pleasant.
