“Bad Experience”
Bad experience at this hotel - paying 4/500 EUR a night and did not meet up to basic expectation. 1) We reached at 4PM hoping room is ready but nope - need 5 min to put the extra bed which should have already been put. Finally got the room at 4:30PM. 2) Room was dusty (as if not used for a while) and there was no soap in the handwash at the basin. 3) The next morning, at 9AM, someone (I presume housekeeping) knocked once and entered the room and then said sorry I thought room was unoccupied. An hour later, 2 men knocked and said we want to enter the room as the phone is not working which we did not let them. 4) We brought this to the notice of the duty manager especially the safety aspect and cleaning and she said she would look into it 5) When we came back, we had some dessert as an apology but guess what - room as dirty and the hand soap not filled! 6) All in all - a poor expierence. Location is good and breakfast is good. Would not recommend or come back here.
