“Dirty room”
Location was convenient. The lobby and bar area seemed nice. Staff members I spoke with were polite.
The room was dirty. The recycling bin was overflowing and sitting on the desk, there were bits of garbage and dirt on the floor, furniture, and bed, there was even an old acrylic nail on the floor. There was a dirty used bar of soap on the bathroom sink and a piece of toilet paper on the floor. The thermostat didn't work and it was uncomfortably hot in the room. I checked in at midnight and there were 2 staff members at the desk when I checked in. After seeing my dirty room and realizing I couldn't turn on the AC, I went back to the desk to see if someone could help me and no one was there. I waited for about 10 minutes and no one came out. So I slept in a dirty, hot room because I had already paid and had no choice (I had to book last minute due to a family emergency). I didn't want or expect anything fancy, but who wants to stay in a dirty hotel room?
