I have been staying at One&Only resorts for over 20 years and have always had exceptional experiences. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to the usual standard. The service was very poor from the start. On arrival, there was little attention to detail, and throughout my stay, staff seemed unorganized and inattentive. At breakfast, I waited over 30 minutes just to receive a drink. One of the biggest disappointments was that the rooftop pool was closed — something I was not informed about when I booked. The property itself is beautiful and very clean, but overall, the lack of service and unavailable facilities made for a disappointing stay.
