We were celebrating my granddaughter’s 10th birthday. We were able to go to our room early, were upgraded, and in the afternoon a gentleman, Jamal, appeared with a fabulous birthday cake and delicious cookies and juice. Everyone was very attentive. The accommodations were lovely and very, very comfortable. No one could’ve been nicer.

It is a bit of an old lady and could probably due with a little perking up here and there. My Granddaughter did especially think the lobby was attractive.

Location

We chose Omni Berkshire Place specifically for its Omni Kids program, hoping to make our 3-year-old daughter’s stay extra special—just like her friend had experienced. Unfortunately, the overall arrival experience left us quite disappointed and exhausted after a long day of travel. Nothing was provided proactively. I had to ask at the front desk just to receive a basic coloring set, and we never got the kids' tote bag in the end. I also had to call Guest Services to request our complimentary member morning drinks and the evening milk and cookies. To be fair, the staff members were very polite and attentive. They sincerely tried to help search for any remaining kids' totes, and their service attitude was wonderful. However, having to personally track down every expected amenity made us feel unnecessarily tired. The hotel’s location is excellent and the team is kind, but it lacked the extra touches that make the Omni experience unique. My daughter was quite disappointed, and as a parent who carefully planned this trip around those details, it was a bit heart-wrenching
