“It’s ok”

It’s ok. Nothing extraordinary. Service was hit and miss yet Eduardo the bartender at the lobby bar was great! Bartender Jesus was great as well. Frida was the best out of all 3 à la carte. Waiters were exceptional!!! Buffet was ok. Slow staff. Sand at beach was great but water was weedy. Entertainment was ok, not a lot of it.

“Not a resort up to standard”

When i arrived and walked into the room, i realized it was not what i thought a resort should be. All the linens and towels were dingy,the floor was dirty, the sink would drain very slowly, no coffee stirrers, no creamer, they don’t provide creamer. The refrigerator only had 2 cokes, 2 beers. The food wasn’t very good and it was the same most days. Very, very small beach front, but filled with seaweed, could not swim. Pool is very small. Very little entertainment, all in Spanish! Would not recommend!
