“Dobra lokacija, pomalo zastario hotel.”

Lokacija, blizu Southbanka-a. Najbliže stanice metroa su oko 10-15 minuta hoda.

Doručak je bio poprilično kaotičan. Kao da hotel nema dovoljno kapaciteta da smjesti sve ljude koji dolaze na doručak. Konstantno je falilo hrane. Najveća mana je aparat sa palačinkama u dječjem djelu. Djeca su čekala po pola sata kako bi dobila dvije male palačinke. Veliki minus je odvojen wc od kupaone. Wc nema sudoper za pranje ruku pa smatram to dosta nehigijenskim. Sobe su pomalo zastarjele. Tepison dosta prljav.

Zimmer sauber, Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, tolle Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Themse, Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel. Water fountain, wo man sich immer nachfüllen kann, gab es vor 2 Jahren noch nicht.

Nach wie vor keine Toilettenbürste!

Nice an clean hotel, location was just perfect if wanting to do the hop on an off bus it’s great as the stop is so close, nice 30-40 mins walk to the centre.

Breakfast was a little crazy with children making pancakes. Replenishing of food needs to be quicker waited a while for more hot food and plates to come out, but it was very busy. Car park charges are ridiculous no discount for hotel guests, £80 for just 2 nights is very expensive.this really does need reviewing for guests. Only thing to put me off my return if I came in my car.
