“Great for long stays”

Great reasonably priced hotel for long stays. Full kitchens and laundry facilities. all the staff is great. Housekeeping is outstanding.

Very large room and nice roof. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is very central to everything. The ONE thing is say is the key card didn’t always work, but this was super minor. This is where we will book on our annual trip to Playa.

“SCAM, very bad experience, poor customer service”

SCAM, very bad experience, poor customer service. When we arrived they told us the room was not ready, so we decided to go to the centre, when we came back they told us the fridge in our room was not working ( we booked that hotel because we needed a kitchen/ fridge available). We therefore requested to change room but they didn’t have one available so they offered us a 50% discount which it never arrived, they kept saying it was on the way but it wasn’t. A proper scam! Don’t trust the good reviews

Fridge was not working and hotel smelled bad.
