Second time renting from these people 2 different properties and they are very rude and disrespectful and racist

The location was amazing

The staff was very rude. They bang on your door and curse . The parking was bad. Someone took my parking so I had to park somewhere else and they threatened to tow my vehicle. I walked inside to bees and seen a few roaches maybe the previous person had the door open. There was no hot water the entire stay, that cold shower sucked!

The place was pretty filthy,. When I checked in I let the host know immediately that I wasn’t happy with the unit. I needed a stove and a bedroom separate from living room, I need a clean shower, the toilet tissue holder was falling off the wall, it had a weird smell like mildew and the morning of check out we woke up with bug bites of some sort. I could go on and on but I digress.The photos taken do not show one particular unit it shows all of the units they have I guess I just got the crappiest one. Very disappointing and the host wasn’t very helpful AT ALL!!!! I got nothing but push back about my complaints. LESSON LEARNED NEVER AGAIN!!!!
