Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel Apartments

I have stayed at several Millennium group hotels around Dubai and to be honest I have never been disappointed with any of them. This was also a good experience. With I being a VIP hotel they upgraded my room Without me even having to ask which was appreciated. The room was clean and pleasant as were all the staff I came across. Only negative I can think of and this might be me just being precious was the wait time for the lifts. But overall would definately reccomen

“Massive disappointment. More like a 3 star hotel”

Massive disappointment. I wanted to move to another hotel but did not want to lose my money and I paid almost a 5 start hotel rate and got a 3 star experience. I checked in after 3, and the room wasnt even ready and had to wait 20 minutes. The lobby looked like a third world airport terminal , people everywhere and some are lying on the sofa sleeping with no footwear on. The room does not look like the photos, the window is not floor to ceiling and only half the size. The pillow was uncomfortable and got a sore neck when I left. Breakfast was terrible! Queues for everything and Premier Inn breakfast is better, fruit juices tasted like its made from powder or concentrate and really diluted. The restaurant was just a complete mess. I had 4 days of breakfast and only went once because it was so terrible The pool and pool area were so small. It was so crowded I didnt even get a chance to use it. The gym was so tiny and old, not even towels in there. It was a massive disappointment. I would have accepted it all and not moan if it was a 3 star hotel but I booked and paid for a 4 star hotel and it was not worth the price I paid.

This property’s lobby looked amazing and the staff were all kind and helped out as soon as we needed. On the other note the apartment room was very dull not as clean as it could have been. We had asked for a crib and the crib was provided in a timely manner but the crib was not in best condition. The crib had dirty sheets covered by clean flat sheet which I was not very happy with. The crib was also dirty overall. We had called to remove the crib but no one answered. The hair dryer was not working and sticky and dirty. Washroom isn’t as great also. Overall our stay and experience wasn’t as great as we would have liked it. I would not recommend this place for families with children.
