Stove was broken, condo rental didn't allow us to use front desk, no shuttle to strip.

The communication with Las Vegas Condo Rentals was smooth and uncomplicated from start to finish. All information regarding check-in, check-out, directions to the apartment, and any additional questions we had was provided quickly and accurately. The apartment — actually a penthouse on the 31st floor of MGM Signature Tower 2 — is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary guest amenities and supplies. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent and very central. From there, you can easily walk to other casinos and hotels, as well as the Miracle Mile Shops. Convenient stores such as Walgreens and ABC are also within walking distance, which made everything even more convenient. Since the penthouse is privately owned, there is no daily cleaning service. However, for stays of five nights or more, a complimentary room refresh is offered, which we found perfectly sufficient. All in all, we highly recommend this penthouse. If we visit Las Vegas again, this will definitely be our first choice for accommodation!

“Beautiful, clean, classy, and most of all quiet and peaceful.”

It was perfect for a long weekend anniversary trip. So quiet in the room ! It was hard to believe we were just steps from all the action. This place had a very private, comfortable vibe that was so relaxing and exactly what we were looking for. Go to the noise and crowds if you chose but then go back to the peace and quiet. Literally never heard another voice while in the condo. Loved the pool, the short walk to MGM grand, and Starbucks right down the hall. And this unit was big and so comfortable!
