“Superior stay”

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. It really had everything I needed: beautiful facility, tons of restaurants and activities close by. It really was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!

The pools The awesome breakfast buffet The kids bunk beds in the superior studio room Cleanliness Friendly and helpful staff Super quiet rooms - like actually quiet, incredible Comfy beds Thoughtful spaces Curtains that close with a button Play area with games for kids/families Theme nights and outdoor play area off of the lounge The super cool mural that spans every floor of the hotel The elevators that go right to your floor so you rarely have to wait The architecture of the building Everything was created and executed with thought and purpose… I wish I could drop this hotel back in North America

Unfortunately, our bathroom smelled a bit musty, probably moisture related? Washing machine smelled very bad - to the point I didn’t want to use it. Again, I think it was a moisture problem. Some wear and tear on carpets etc but pretty standard hotel stuff

Gostamos de praticamente tudo! Um hotel maravilhoso para crianças!

Unico ponto negativo é que nao havia tomada no banheiro do quarto que ficamos. Eu tb havia solicitado uma grade para a cama do meu filho no ato da reserva e demoraram muito para colocar, mas colocaram. Mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia. Voltaria a ma hospedar com ctz neste local!
