“Fun quality stay”

Great location, beautiful resort and setting, people were very nice. Lots of amenities and activities. The local Argentinian restaurant is lovely.

We had an ant infestation. Understand that can happen, however it wasn’t dealt with well initially. My son couldn’t sleep in the room (there were hundreds of flying and normal ants) and initially we were told we had to pay for another room! We eventually got a room for him to sleep in but the next day we all had to move rooms. We had a bottle of Pimms smashed, again this can happen, but we were offered a bottle of wine for the whole inconvenience! Only when I complained to Javier the manager, did we get appropriate compensation. Javier was very customer service orientated. Thank you.

Die Zimmergröße und Aufteilung der Räume war wunderbar.

Der Strand ist sehr steinig und nicht zu empfehlen. Man kann nur schwer ins Wasser gehen ohne sich zu verletzten. Plastik Becher für Pool und Strand. Vor Anreise hatte ich das Hotel um eine Aufmerksamkeit für meine Freundin (JGA gefeiert) gebeten, dies wurde offensichtlich vergessen. Lage nicht ideal, am Abend eher ruhig.
