Excellent Team, So Supportive, Professional and Customer Centric. This is a gratitude message, I just had to write. I came to Thailand on vacation with my mother. She is 70 years old, a retired government ophthalmologist who spent 33 years serving patients in hospitals across the country and is now enjoying her retirement. The very next afternoon after arriving in Bangkok, something terrifying happened. Amma suddenly fainted in the hotel lift. Her blood sugar had dropped dangerously low. And that’s when I witnessed the incredible speed and genuine care of the Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park, Soi 24 team. The hotel staff immediately helped and brought Amma to our room in a wheelchair They connected me with the on-call doctor in a flash On the doctor’s advice, the duty manager didn’t waste a second and called an ambulance from Samitavej Hospital himself. The entire team worked together to get Amma safely into the ambulance After one night in the hospital, by the infinite mercy of Allah and the doctors’ proper treatment, Amma recovered completely and came back. Honestly, if the hotel team hadn’t provided such timely support and taken immediate action, something severe could have happened. We can’t even imagine what a small delay might have cost us. My heartfelt thanks and gratitude to every single member of Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park. Your professionalism, humanity, and sense of responsibility are something our family will never forget. Because of you, Amma is able to smile and walk again today.
