“Eco-friendly hidden gem in quiet area”

Located within "La Privada" (a gated community in Aldea Zama featuring 24-hour security monitoring), this beautiful hidden gem with modern eco-luxury design met all our expectations. Its aesthetic appeal is particularly striking: we loved the floor-to-ceiling windows and high-quality Parota wood furniture. The proximity of the jungle makes it extra special. The large movie projector was also a big highlight for our kids. We didn't take advantage of the Argentine/Kamado grills and the swimming pool due to the poor weather conditions, but we did enjoy the padel ground close nearby a lot. We also appreciated the presence of a private gym in the "Bird Room". The villa is close enough to Tulum’s vibrant downtown and world-famous beaches (about a 10–15 minute drive) while remaining quiet and tranquil. Special kudos to the staff (Luis) for being incredibly attentive and always available. The friendly owners were also available on Whatsapp.

The dishwasher didn't work well. Most of the rooms' doors are creaking when opening/closing them - which can be annoying at night.
