“Great location to major sites, busy area and big busy hotel.”

Great view of Big Ben and the London eye. Very busy tourist area, but very convenient to most of the major sites. I treated my mother and daughter to noon tea in the library, and it was very nice experience, but wasn't expecting $420 bill. In the end, they were both happy and I'm the favorite son, lol

The customer care was great, but not to the level of smaller hotels that focus directly to their customer's needs. Breakfast wasn't anything special.

The evening staff at Gillray's restaurant were phenomenal. Vineet, Ruchika, and Saurabh went above and beyond to make our stay special. Since this USA-to-London trip was my son's dream, they made sure we had the best possible view of Big Ben during our visit to Gillray's. Their kindness and attention to detail created a memory that my son and I will always cherish. We truly appreciated their exceptional hospitality, and the next time we visit London, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I stayed here with my 4-year-old son and my brother from July 7–11, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The only downside was the check-in process. It was slow, and although the official check-in time was 3:00 p.m., we arrived around noon and had to wait in the lobby until our room was ready at 3:00 p.m. I had contacted the hotel in advance to ask about the possibility of an early check-in, but unfortunately it could not be confirmed.

Very clean and has the bestest location

I was very sick and my early check-in request had been confirmed by email. I was told my room would be ready soon, but I waited almost four hours. After I insisted at the front desk, I was immediately given a different room. If another room was available, I don’t understand why I was kept waiting for so long.
