Location was fare and good and has plenty of shops and cafes. the staff was a great help all the time. the room was spacious and clean. the hotel is a historic monument which was a great experience

Location: I found it less safe vs. Rossio area. which is easy access to everything and everywhere. Accommodation: it is a nice room; however, the toilet and shower are separate which was extremely inconvenient. the shower had uneven/Broken floor. As well, the room was on the square view directly and is not sound proof so we ended up hearing everything outside the room and not sleeping properly, this should be fixed to provide soundproof isolation guaranteeing guests comfort.

Large suite overlooking the square. Spotlessly clean, stylish and sophisticated. The staff were efficient and really friendly. The location is more or less unbeatable for Lisbon, great restaurants and all the sights nearby.

The breakfast was delicious but just a menu to choose from would perhaps be better as we ended up not eating everything. This is the only reason I didn't give a 10, but I'm being really picky here!

“Fabulous Location”

The staff were amazing. Correspondence leading up to the stay was perfect especially helping with a park. Booking tuk tuk and advice on getting around etc. perfect location. Hotel is older but beautifully decorated and clean. Very spacious and for once a comfortable bed.

We loved the location, super close to the main area we wanted to visit within very short distance of walking. We've also loved the cute decor of the hotel and the staff was just absolutely wonderful - very kind and friendly!
