“Excellent customer service”

It was a wonderful experience with my friends to be at Kempton Epic Hotel downtown Miami. My visit was awesome. All the staffs from valet to front desk delivered an impeccable customer service. I was very satisfied, specially with Jean Baptiste at valet ramp who always took good care of me. Jean baptiste was very professional and efficient in his duties. Kempton Epic Hotel is a great place for people to visit. I would like to recommend that place to everyone who has great desire for the new experience. I will be back soon.
