O check in tardio tivemos de esperar 30min, o ar condicionado não funciona, o ar quente do exterior era igual ao interior dos quantos apenas na recepção estava fresco, um cheiro insuportável a tinta porque estavam a pintar os tectos dos corredores, comida de péssima qualidade, hotel demasiado massificando cheio de gente, pior hotel de 5 estrelas onde estive

Manque un plan avec toutes les informations lors de l arrivée. Hygiène pas top lors du déjeuner proche des crêpes et beignets

My stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the service was very prompt and attentive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to assist. Overall, I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service.
