Me gustó desde la atención hasta la comida todo excelente

“Excelente comida, pero detalles a considerar.”

1. Todo el personal fue super amable. No tuvimos ningun detalle con la actitud de ellos, todos super atentos. 2. La calidad de los alimentos en todos los restaurantes es increible: buffet, parrilla, mariscos junto a la playa, japones e italiano que fueron los que probamos. Quiza este es el punto mas destacable del hotel. 3. Suficientes piscinas, para elegir. Si bien el piso de las piscinas necesita un poco de mantenimiento, nada que impida disfrutarlas. 4. La cafetería 24 hrs en el lobby de lo mejor, nos volvimos adictos a este servicio. 5. Habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Aunque hubiera sido genial que el mini bar incluyera snacks y no solo bebidas.

1. Los elevadores se saturan fácilmente, y las escaleras de emergencia no estan muy accesibles por lo que si tienes prisa demoras mucho en movilizarte. Ademas que en horas de la tarde son un horno por el sol directo. 2. No tienen transportación gratuita al aeropuerto, es el primer all inclusive en que me hospedo que no ofrece el servicio. 3. Lo que si me molesto mucho... No permiten entrar a los uber a recogerte dentro del hotel. Tuvimos que caminar con maletas a la caseta. Hace pensar que tienen acuerdos con taxis locales para obligarte* a usar su pésimo servicio.

“Great vacation at iberostar Cancun”

The four of us had a wonderful vacation at Iberostar Cancun and came home with so many great memories! ❤️🌴 We really enjoyed the food, the beautiful pool, the drinks, and our ocean-view room. The room was very comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly—which is definitely important in Cancun! Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated that the staff spoke English, which made everything very easy for us. A very special thank you to Jorge Jasso for his excellent service around the beautiful white cabanas by the pool. We reserved one of these cabanas, and Jorge really stood out because of his attention to every little detail. When Jorge was working, you could immediately see the difference. Early in the morning he would carefully prepare the cabanas, arrange and fold the towels beautifully, keep everything clean and organized, and make sure the information about renting the cabanas was clearly displayed. Everything looked stylish, inviting, and professionally prepared. This may sound like a small detail, but it makes a big difference. We noticed that many guests didn’t realize the cabanas required a reservation/payment and would sit down, only to leave later when they found out. On other shifts, the rental information wasn’t always displayed clearly. Jorge made sure everything was prepared properly and guests had the information they needed. He was also always nearby and available whenever we had a question or needed something. You can tell when someone simply does their job and when someone genuinely takes pride in doing it well. Jorge is definitely the second kind. Thank you, Jorge Jasso, for making our pool and cabana experience extra special! Iberostar is lucky to have an employee who cares so much about the details and the guest experience. We had a beautiful vacation and would happily return! 🌊☀️🍹❤️

“Family of 7 Having A Blast!”

We are a family of 7 ranging from a 17 year old up to a birthday boy 81 year old. Shout out to all the staff and especially Adrian who had made this trip an exceptionally memorable experience for my 81 year old father. Adrian provided an amazing birthday experience with cake by the pool with candles and rounded up a bunch of people to sing happy birthday! The resort is just the right size for us, and the food was very good all around! Rooms are clean and the staff is a lot of fun! We’ve been to 20 plus all inclusives and Iberostar ranks very highly with everyone in our group! Highly recommend!
