First,we want to begin by saying that the staff was totally awesome. The food was great and so was the atmosphere.
Now, we need to talk about the safety. We were offered an upgraded room for an extra 200 US dollars a night. We ended up with the swim up pool room 1138. Not an hour had gone by when we were in the pool and we proceeded to exit the pool and realized that there were no ladders accesable to the "swim up" pool. So we had to heave ourselves out. Also on the patio, there is no mat so you won't slip and sure enough I slipped and sprained my ankle. There went out vacation. I hope you share this with the property. The next question asks if the property met our expectations? Yes but I have to give a no answer due to the neglect of the property in regards to this matter.
