Staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. The fitness center was decent and the breakfast was good value.

The room itself could do with some refurbishment- the bathroom in particular was outdated.

We were only going to universal so I wanted somewhere close but not deal with idrive or sand lake, so I chose this location and utilized universal blvd and what a difference that road makes! I feel stupid I didn’t realize that road even existed lol. Made staying off universal properties a breeze!! It rained so I’m glad we didn’t stay on property and try and use the walkable pathway back n forth lol. This hotel is nice!! The room with two queens and sofa bed that room is quite large! Love the sink separate from toilet/shower too. Even a second sink next to mini fridge and microwave! Great price , couldn’t be happier! Didn’t utilize the breakfast. I requested a view of Orlando eye but at 9pm we heard the fireworks so we ran out our door and down the hall and watched them from the hall window and glad we did! those are amazing and so close!

I understand most places have paid parking but I don’t see why this place is 20 a night.

Hard beds and the pillows were not good at all
