The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, shopping mall, and many restaurants, with taxis and bike services readily available, making it very easy to get around. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. I was truly impressed by their professionalism, excellent grooming, and the courteous way they communicated with every guest. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to one of the staff members, Mr. Tai, who went above and beyond to assist my family. We were worried because we were leaving the hotel late for our cruise departure and feared that we might miss it. Seeing how anxious we were, Mr. Tai immediately took the initiative to contact the cruise company to obtain the necessary information and explained our situation to the taxi driver. Throughout the entire process, he reassured us that everything would be fine and remained calm and supportive, which gave us great comfort during a very stressful moment. His outstanding service, kindness, and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. Mr. Tai is truly an asset to the hotel, and because of staff like him, we would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you once again, Mr. Tai, for your exceptional hospitality and for making our stay a memorable one.

“Great place to explore Bangkok from.”

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel and it never disappoints. This time we arrived well before normal check in time and the staff were exceptional in organising our room early. We had arrived from an overnight flight from Paris and we really appreciated the consideration the staff showed us. We like the location close to a Sky Train station. It makes it very easy to get to the major attractions. The breakfast is excellent with a very good variety. We enjoyed using the gym. Our room was very comfortable. Plenty of space and all the facilities we need. We again really enjoyed our stay.
