We had a fantastic five-night stay at Hotel Viminale. The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, with excellent facilities, a delicious breakfast and a wonderful rooftop terrace with lovely views over Rome. Excellent location. Communication was excellent from the beginning - always exceptionally fast, clear and helpful, whether through the booking platform, WhatsApp or directly with the hotel. A special mention must go to Donatella, who was incredibly caring, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When we explained that we wanted to explore places a little further away from the main tourist areas, she gave us genuinely excellent recommendations that made our time in Rome even more memorable. Her warmth and attention really stood out. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.
There was nothing significant that we disliked - we had a wonderful stay from beginning to end.
