Hotel Indigo Rome - St. George, ein IHG Hotel

“Booked in advance, put in the attic.”

I took great care to reserve a room early. Supposedly 4 star. We were late being checked in. They had given my room to someone who had rented for a week. The desk person did not deny this. We were put in an attic room, where the ceiling was slanted, and went from 3 ft to 8 ft. All other rooms were full. We all bumped our heads several times. The manager tried to convince me the room was very popular. No offer was made to discount the stay.

We had abgreat stay in Rome at Indigo. Easy to get to touristing destinations. The staff was helpful and always in a good mood. Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly located, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome’s most famous attractions, charming streets, and wonderful restaurants, all within walking distance. The rooms were modern, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Every detail reflected high standards of quality, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food was another highlight. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh and delicious options, and the rooftop restaurant served outstanding meals with a beautiful atmosphere and stunning views of the city. Overall, Hotel Indigo exceeded all my expectations. It combines a perfect location, elegant rooms, exceptional service, and excellent dining into an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome and will definitely return on my next trip. Five stars without hesitation!
