Holiday Inn Express London Stratford, ein IHG Hotel

Lovely comfy beds & pillows. Nice dark room with air con for sleep. Good location. Had everything we needed.

Great breakfast selection. Great location for Abba voyage evenue we were attending.. Very clean, comfortable bed and bed linen, immaculate room and great en suite bathroom with large shower, nicebar restaurant area. Staff helpful and friendly.

We arrived around 1pm, saw the all day food menu list in our room, decided to eat in hotel, but was informed by bar staff only pizza (which we are not keen on) as available from the extensive all day menu until 4.30. This time was too late to wait to eat as a) we had not eaten all day and b) would then cause us to have to rush our preparations and journey (walking) to the event we were attending. c) we were uncertain what at that time would be available from the menu we had looked at earlier. Therefore, we had to leave the cool air conditioned hotel, it was a very hot day, and venture out on to the busy hot high street to look for a restaurant, luckily eventually found a place and had a lovely meal 2 course meal at approx 3pm.

Personnel attentionné. Petit déjeuner complet (œufs brouillés, bacon, fèves, saucisses, tomates, croissants, pains, muffins, céréales, crêpes, yogourts, confitures, deux machines à café et jus divers). À 10 min à pied de la station Stratford pour des déplacements faciles (DLR et plusieurs lignes de métros)

Chambres en tapis et salle de bain un peu petite. Par contre, nous étions au courant lorsque nous avons réservé. Pour 2 adultes et un ado, c’était juste en terme d’espace.

Cleanliness, comfort and friendliness of staff.

Expensive for this standard of hotel but I appreciate this was due to the Metallica concert so supply and demand I suppose.
