Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square North

“Great location. Great restaurant on site.”

The location is excellent.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The room was by the ice machine. There was some noise from guests using the machine after midnight.

The staff was really nice, very accommodating, be it David and Kamala at the reception, the staff in the breakfast area, house keeping, lovely welcoming people There was free coffee at reception between 7 and 9 am I guess its an American thing, seen them else where also My room was nice, spacious and comfy. I liked my room, though it wasnt what i booked. Location wise very close to Times Square and Bryant Park (4 blocks)

Too much construction going in around the property, though there was no noise in the building, the area was very over whelming with a lot of construction noise moments u walked out. Not as close to Grand Central, especially if your either taking the LIRR or Uber Shuttle, expect a 15 min wall One other thing i didnt like, though not so much fault of the property, lot of hotels in New York have rooms that are staring at a wall of another building, i wish i didnt have that. One final thing, those of used to European and Asian hotels arent used to these coffee pods, i wish they offered electric kettles, a lot of people cant figure them out

The staff was incredible with helping us. We liked the location and the cleanliness.
