“Lovely Hotel”
Breakfast was included as part of or booking, but it was not the full English which was a disappointment. Other then that the hotel was as expected. There was no lift or air condition in all room which was pointed out to us, so we were aware of that. However the room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast was okay, like as I mentioned before we would have preferred a full English like we had at our other hotel booked through Booking.com. at the same time - Kew Garden Hotel.
