Situation dans Paris idéale (proche Pantheon Luxembourg St Michel), parking souterrain à proximité. Petit hôtel calme dans une rue calme. Chambre bien agencée, très bien insonorisée. Et déco amusante. Accueil souriant.

The hotel is in a nice area. You can walk to the Metro, shops, bars and resturants. Our room was upstairs. They have a lift but we enjoyed taking the old narrow uneven stairway and looking at the art on the walls. I mention the stairway because it somehow felt historic. The vibe of the whole house is artsy and hipstery. There is a really cute Cafe connected to the lobby.

French Theory Hotel is incredible value for where it’s situated—just a 5-minute walk to the Panthéon and a 2-minute stroll to the Luxembourg Gardens. Public transport is super easy with plenty of bus options, and Notre-Dame is a pleasant 20-minute walk across the bridge. Our twin room facing Rue Cujas was cozy, spotless, and offered a great street view. While on the smaller side, it felt very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A huge standout for our young adult kids (18 & 23) was the basement studio lounge, where they loved practicing on the DJ decks and guitar! The surrounding neighborhood made our trip special: Breakfast ritual: Picked up fresh croissants from Boulangerie Moderne and enjoyed them with coffee by the fountain in Place de l’Estrapade—a quintessential, relaxing Parisian morning. Dining: We highly recommend Melt for dinner; the food was super tasty and the service was warm and welcoming. Night walks: The area feels wonderfully safe and relaxed after dark. Rue Soufflot was lovely for a peaceful evening walk, and vibrant Rue Mouffetard is only a 10-minute walk away. We’d stay here and in the Latin Quarter again in a heartbeat!
