Hotel perfeitamente localizado num lugar otimo muito perto das atrações legais de Madrid, camas super confortáveis, equipe do hotel disposta a ajudar foram bem gentis na hora do check in deixando entrarmos num quartos mais cedo. Agua geladinha na recepção, decoração muito bonita e moderna. tem uma antesala na entrada que era otima. Mesmo estando na rua principal é muito silencioso, e a varanda é otima! Um charme

Gostei de tudo, mas acho importante avisar que a parede da frente do banheiro é de vidro, com a parte do meio jateada. Não é aconselhavel se voce for dividir o quarto com alguem que tenha menos intimidade, ruim para pais com filhas adolescentes

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Location was good.

The standard room wasn't nice. It didn't feel 4 star at all. Bare white walls and white plastic fittings were more cell like than 4 star. There were 2 small knobs for holding hand towels and bath towels. These were placed as far as possible from the sink and shower. There was no toilet roll holder so we had to put the toilet roll on the plastic shelf.. There was only one bin(with no lid) in the shower room. None in the bedroom. When I told reception they said I could pay to upgrade or there was nothing they could do, which I felt was rather dismissive. We stayed at 4 other 4 star hotels in Andalucia (including another Madrid one) this holiday and this was the worst. I was very happy with all the others.
