It was very convenient to the Italian consulate. The young woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The room didnt feel very clean, especially the bathroom door handle. It would have been nice to have a drink by the pool.

The location was perfect for my needs. The hotel is nice and clean, the staff look happy to attend to the clients, and breakfast was very good.

The bed is terrible. The mattress is too soft and doesn't give the proper support. The pillows are the worst, all the same height and softness. Usually, all hotels have different types of pillows to meet guests' needs. The room didn't have bath towels, and it took almost 1 hour, 2 calls, and 1 time I went to the reception, for someone to handle our towels, almost at 11 pm. Also, the thermostat is something else. We couldn't understand how to adjust the temperature. Seems like it's pre-determined and the guest won't be able to adjust to their liking. The person who did the check-in didn't include the breakfast we purchased with our reservation, and the next day, when we got to the breakfast room, we needed to discuss with the attendant that we had paid in advance. Fortunately, the person agreed with our position after seeing the reservation and allowed us to have breakfast.
