Las instalaciones están muy bonitas, y las habitaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas. Además está muy cerca del aeropuerto. La atención del personal muy buena y respetuosa. El hotel está estupendo

The staff was freakin amazing!! They help bring your luggage to the room. They ask your language preference instead of assuming you speak Spanish. They have a shuttle to the airport as well as taxis. The view was amazing I loved everything!

My husband and I traveled with a 10 month old baby and wanted to go to the bar and get a drink to go. The fancy bar by the lobby wasn't too nice. The host greeted us and directed us to the bar. However no bartender nor staff greeted us for 10 minutes. But they all stood around looking at us. So we left and got a couple to go mezcal margaritas from upstairs by wingstop which was just fine.

Great that it was close to the airport with a shuttle.

Unfortunately my husband's left his Ear Pods in the room and we emailed the hotel to ask about them but got no reply
