“Overall stay it was okay”
Well, when we first got there, the lady that was at the front desk. She was very nice and sweet. She was the only one. Everybody else was very rude, didn't want to talk?When you had a Question our first one we went into was roach infested in very dirty. I had to go to the store and get cleaning supplies to clean it. It was filthy, the second room. We got because the first room AC was also out. It was a lot better as far as the AC goes, but it was still dirty. I had to clean it no roaches, so that was a plus but it was very dirty..
They need to make sure that they're cleaning those rooms properly. They're changing the sheets properly. They vacuum the floors in the hallway and also sweeping out the elevator because it was very dirty for it to be in that location. You would think it would be a little better. I understand that people live there and Greta. It's quiet, so that was a plus but the cleaniness needs to be a plus as well. It was very dirty in both rooms..
