“Great location and lovely staff, but not quite worth the price.”

The location was amazing! The hotel is only about a 5–6 minute walk from Termini Train Station, which made getting around very convenient. It’s also close to a BIG BUS stop, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very kind and helpful. They also gave us a 10% discount coupon for a nearby restaurant, where we had a really tasty meal. The breakfast was good, although there weren’t many options to choose from.

The biggest downside of our stay was the smell. There was a very unpleasant odor around the hotel, and our room also had a strong sewage-like smell. This was noticeable throughout our stay and significantly affected the overall comfort of the room. We believe this is something the hotel should take more seriously. Overall, the location, staff, and view were definite positives, but the issue mentioned above made the stay less enjoyable than we had expected for the price.
