Sara, at the cabanas, was incredible. Friendly, fun, and sweet with great service to boot! She made us feel welcome and help my wife, who only speaks, English to get by.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well maintained both the rooms and the overall resort were. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and inviting. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. The food was great with plenty of variety, and Pier 27 was a really nice touch — it was so convenient to have an on-site store for snacks, drinks, and essentials without having to leave the resort. One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending our days by the infinity pool. My daughters and I rented a cabana daily, and we were always greeted by Mercedes, who was such a joy to see each day. She was consistently happy, remembered our drink orders, and provided absolutely wonderful service. She made our pool days extra special. We also appreciated having room service as an option, especially on those relaxing nights when we wanted to stay in and unwind. The beach was beautiful and well kept, although I do wish there had been more seating available, as it could be difficult at times to find a spot. Overall, this resort offered a great balance of relaxation, comfort, and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back again. If you want, I can also make a slightly shorter version or adjust the tone to be more casual or more luxury-focused.
