“Nice hotel but issue with extra charges to our card with no solution or compensation”

The hotel is great, new, and with very good quality-price. They also offer a shuttle to the parks.

We had an issue with the payment due to a mistake from the reception, and they kept charging us money for the entire duration of the trip, which is something you do not expect from Hilton. They didnt even offer free breakfast for this incident (which was caused by us paying the breakfast). 5 days have passed and still the charges are not reverted and they offered no solution or compensation for the worry and time lost in this. Somethinh you truly do not expect from Hilton.

Great value for money! We arrived after a long drive, and the hotel staff were absolutely wonderful.

The location is fantastic. The staff is friendly.

The elevators were in rough shape, as well the rooms AC was not working well.
